We are a growing accounting firm providing bookkeeping, tax, , and advisory services to SMEs across various industries.

Responsibilities


Perform data entry and bookkeeping using accounting software.
Prepare bank reconciliations and accounting schedules.
Assist in preparing financial statements and management accounts.
Support GST, tax, payroll, and CPF processing.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Organise accounting records and client documents.
Provide administrative support as required.


Requirements


Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidates with internship or accounting experience are an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of QuickBooks or Xero is an advantage (training provided).
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
