Job Overview
We are looking for a Bridal Tailoring Assistant to help bring our Baju Pengantin to life and support daily boutique operations. You will be hands-on with alterations, ensuring Baju Pengantin fit perfectly, assisting with fittings, and helping our boutique run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform alterations, adjustments, and repairs on Baju Pengantin (Nikah & Sanding).
• Hand sewing/ beading/ lace patching on current and new collection/ customers' order.
• Assist during trial and final fitting sessions, including taking accurate customer measurements.
• Provide styling advice and guidance to brides during fittings.
• Ensure Baju Pengantin meet quality standards before delivery (cleaning, steaming, packing, final checks).
• Maintain schedule fittings and appointment slots.
• Communicate with customers via WhatsApp and phone to confirm appointments and preparations.
• Keep the boutique clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Ensure sewing machine & tools and Baju Pengantin are in a well-maintained condition.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates from Fashion, Sewing, or related fields are welcome.
• Basic sewing skills and a genuine interest in fashion and fabrics.
• Experience in sewing or garment alteration is an advantage.
• Skilled in industrial sewing machines preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays during peak wedding seasons.
• Preferred location: Kajang Perdana or surrounding area.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
