岗位职责

  1. Prepare and coordinate product and process audit plan for annually.
  2. Perform manufacturing process audits and system audit as per the audit schedule.
  3. Perform document controlled in form of soft and hard copy.
  4. Establish master list to ensure the changes and the current revision status are identified.
  5. Coordination and monitoring of layer process audit.
  6. On time circulation of the latest document and ensure current revision are available at point of use.
  7. To ensure external origin are identified and the distribution are controlled.
  8. To ensure unintended use of obsolete documents are removed successfully upon latest revision issued.
  9. To ensure yearly document review been carried out as per planned.
  10. To carry out task as per assign by Department Head as when required.
