Operations & Business Optimisation Intern

Role Purpose

We are looking for a proactive intern to help improve daily operations, automate simple workflows, and make work more efficient.

This role is about:

Supporting day-to-day operations
Helping with coordination, planning, and basic process automation
Finding better, easier, and more scalable ways to do tasks using simple tools or code

Key Responsibilities

Support basic operations, project coordination, and manpower tasks
Maintain and improve simple trackers, spreadsheets, and internal tools
Write or modify basic scripts (e.g., Python, Google Apps Script, or Excel automation) to reduce manual work
Suggest tools, automations, or ideas to improve efficiency
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and workflow organisation
Communicate with team members when needed to understand processes
Identify repetitive tasks and help automate or simplify them
Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them on time

Requirements

Curious and willing to learn
Comfortable talking to people and asking questions
Proactive and takes initiative
Good attitude and positive mindset
Able to handle fast-changing tasks
Basic organisation and attention to detail
Basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace knowledge
Basic coding skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Google Apps Script) or strong willingness to learn automation tools
No advanced technical background required
