• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers in resolving issues and provide accurate product or service information.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and identify appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, courteous, and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
• Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional departments to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
• Proficient in speaking and reading Mandarin.
• Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
