1. Order & Customer Support

• Process customer orders
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team
• Handle basic customer inquiries (chat)
• Track parcel status
• Update records

2. Digital Marketing Support / Livestream

• Assist with social media content creation
• Perform Livestream

3. Product & Catalog Management

• Upload and update product listings on platforms like TikTok, Lazada, or Shopee
• Write product titles and descriptions
• Edit and resize product images
• Ensure pricing, stock levels, and SKUs are accurate
• Organize products into categories and collections

Job Type: Internship

Pay: From RM800.00 per month
