We're Hiring | Sales Coordinator / Pre-Sales Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator / Pre-Sales Executive to join our team.

This role supports our sales operations by assisting with quotation preparation, tender submissions, sales order processing, purchase orders, delivery coordination, and collaboration with our Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Project teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities

• Experience in the ELV, ICT, M&E, Construction or System Integration industry is a plus
