Responsibilities:

1.QA Team Management : Oversee the daily management of the GTR QA team ( IPQA , FQA ), including daily work scheduling, implementation of monthly performance appraisals, and management of all staff attendance; also responsible for building a personnel training system and continuously conducting skills training to improve the team's overall business capabilities.

2.Production control : Supervise and review the first piece confirmation of each work order, material verification for production line changes, and consistency verification of material receipts to ensure that quality risks in the veneer production process are effectively controlled.

3.Routine production audits : Routine production audits are conducted on single-board and complete machine workshops. For any abnormal issues discovered during the audits, corrective measures are followed up and tracked throughout the process until the problem is closed.

4.Production control in the complete machine workshop : supervise and review the first piece inspection of each work order and the material verification work when switching production lines to ensure that the assembly process of the complete machine meets the quality requirements.

5.Engineering Change ( EC ) Implementation Verification : Verify the compliance of the implementation of engineering changes ( EC ) in production work orders to ensure that the changed materials, processes, and documents have been correctly implemented on the production line.

6.Particle detection and control : Coordinate quality control of particle detection in the factory workshop to ensure that cleanliness and particle control meet customer and industry standards.

7.Team Structure and Human Resources Planning : Oversee the overall construction and human resource allocation of the GTR QA team, and continuously optimize the team structure and human resource configuration to match business development needs.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,999.00 per month

Work Location: In person
