Project Planner
- Set a clear target to ensure production can follow the plan accordingly.
- Coordinating production operations in accordance with the available resources (material, labour, and equipment).
- Responsible for planning, releasing, monitoring, scheduling, updating and closure of assigned work orders.
- Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.
- Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.
- Keeping track of production volume to make sure the right number of products and manufacturing materials is always available.
- Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule
- Update the work progress and liaise with the technician, engineer, storekeeper, and other relevant parties including follow-ups with necessary drawings from Technical team
- Track and report progress against the schedule and continuously monitor risk
- Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.
- Update team and management on the progress of project and plans on incoming projects
Qualification:
- Possess a Diploma, Degree, or Postgraduate qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related engineering field and/or Operation/ Project Execution
- Have at least 2 years working experience in related field
- Proven working experience in project planning, project execution, or equivalent which include documentation and customer service
- Exceptional communication skill
