YOUR TASKS

• To support CSD initiatives, including process improvement, reporting and analytics, digitalization projects, documentation, training material preparation, project coordination, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities for upcoming Unified Omni.
• The internship aims to provide hands-on exposure to CS transformation, technology adoption, and continuous improvement projects while increasing team productivity.

YOUR PROFILE

• Undergraduate student in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, or process improvement methodologies is an added advantage.
• Minimum internship duration of 3-6 months is preferred.
