Job Summary:

The HR & Foreign Workers Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, with a primary focus on the administration and compliance of foreign workers. The role ensures compliance with Malaysian labour laws, Immigration requirements, FOMEMA procedures, and company policies while supporting recruitment, payroll coordination, employee welfare, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

*Handling foreign workers
*Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for foreign workers.
*Process work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
*Coordinate Immigration matters, including:
ePLKS, Special Pass (SP), Visa With Reference (VDR),Check Out Memo (COM), Repatriation procedures.
*Arrange FOMEMA medical examinations and monitor medical status.
*Coordinate passport collection, safekeeping, renewals, and return to employees when required.
*Maintain an updated database of:
Passport expiry dates, Work permit expiry dates, Visa expiry dates, FOMEMA validity
*Liaise with government agencies including:
Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia (JIM), FOMEMA, CIDB, PERKESO,KWSP (EPF)
*Monitor compliance with foreign worker regulations and company policies.
*Coordinate hostel accommodation, transportation, and employee welfare.
*Handle worker transfers, reporting, and documentation.
*Prepare monthly reports on foreign worker status and compliance.
*Coordinate with project sites regarding manpower requirements.
