Job Description

You will work across a variety of projects that provide exposure to strategic planning, commercial analysis, and business operations. Rather than focusing on a single function, you will collaborate with different teams to support decision-making through research, analytical insights, and project execution.

Your responsibilities will include gathering and evaluating information from multiple sources, transforming data into actionable insights, and assisting with reports, presentations, dashboards, and other materials that support management and client initiatives. You will develop practical experience using structured analysis to identify trends, evaluate business opportunities, and contribute to strategic recommendations.

You will also play a role in initiatives that support the organisation's growth. This includes assisting with market outreach, digital campaigns, brand visibility, and lead generation activities. By reviewing campaign results and performance metrics, you will help identify opportunities to improve engagement and contribute ideas that strengthen business development efforts.

The internship offers hands-on exposure to financial and market intelligence. You will research macroeconomic developments, investment themes, industry movements, and emerging market trends, summarising your findings into clear and concise reports, market updates, educational resources, and internal knowledge materials. This experience will strengthen your understanding of financial markets while sharpening your research and analytical capabilities.

In addition, you will have opportunities to contribute to cross-functional initiatives spanning business expansion, operational improvement, financial services, and training programmes. Interns are encouraged to take ownership of assigned projects, manage priorities effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
