• Coordinate and supervise daily site activities to ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities.
• Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all site works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate material deliveries and verify that materials are delivered accurately and on time.
• Monitor manpower allocation and coordinate site resources effectively.
• Identify site issues, delays, and potential risks, and escalate them to the Project Manager for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and site requirements.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Track project schedules and follow up on outstanding work to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with landlords, mall management, consultants, and relevant authorities regarding site matters and permit applications.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
