Commis 3 – Job Description

• Prepare ingredients (cutting, washing, portioning).
• Follow recipes and SOPs.
• Keep workstation clean and organized.
• Assist during food preparation and service.
• Learn all menu items and kitchen procedures.
• Perform cleaning and closing duties.

Commis 2 – Job Description

• Prepare and cook dishes independently.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards.
• Maintain stock levels and report shortages.
• Train and guide Commis 3.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.

Commis 1 – Job Description

• Lead an assigned kitchen section.
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Check mise en place before every service.
• Supervise and coach Commis 2 and Commis 3.
• Reduce wastage and control food costs.
• Report operational issues to the Kitchen Leader.
• Ensure SOP compliance, cleanliness, and kitchen discipline.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
