Oriental Sheet Piling (OSP) is a leading provider of steel sheet piling and foundation solutions across Asia. As part of the ArcelorMittal Group, we support major infrastructure, construction, and development projects through innovative and sustainable foundation solutions.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Control Executive to join our Finance team. This role is critical in managing customer receivables, minimizing credit risk, and supporting the company's cash flow objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
2. Follow up on overdue accounts through calls, emails, and customer visits where necessary.
3. Review customer creditworthiness and assist in credit limit assessments.
4. Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing disputes promptly.
5. Prepare aging reports, collection forecasts, and credit risk analysis for management review.
6. Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve collection issues and improve payment turnaround.
7. Escalate problematic accounts and support debt recovery actions when required.
8. Ensure compliance with company credit policies and internal controls.
9. Maintain accurate customer records and collection documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing & Collection, or related finance functions.
• Experience as a Credit Control Executive, Credit Controller, Accounts Receivable Executive, Collection Executive, Finance Executive (AR), or Accounts Executive with substantial debtor management responsibilities is preferred.
• Experience in construction, steel, engineering, industrial products, equipment rental, infrastructure, foundation works, or B2B trading industries will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of credit control processes, account reconciliation, collection management, and credit risk assessment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Independent, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
