• Prepare, revise, and update technical drawings, including general arrangement, layout plans, sections, and detailed drawings for civil, structural, and pipeline works
• Develop comprehensive as-built drawings based on redline markups, site measurements, and construction modifications to reflect the final built conditions.
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and QA/QC teams to gather accurate data for drafting and documentation.
• Maintain and organize a complete record of drawings revisions, ensuring traceability and version control
• Compile and include relevant project details such as dimensions, elevation references, and location coordinates.
• Ensure drawings incorporate materials specifications, construction notes, and references to applicable codes and standards
• Prepare detailed materials take-offs and support the procurement team with quantity and specification summaries
• Cross-check drawings with project specification, bill of quantity (BoQ) and approved design documents.
• Participate in site visit to validate field conditions and collect measurement data as needed.
• Support the preparation of shop drawings for subcontractors and assist in drawing coordination across disciplines
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum at least 2-3 years of related experience in a relevant field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, and other related software.
• Work location: Kajang, Selangor
• 5 Working Days

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
