Jobs Responsibilities:-

• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Measure quantities from construction drawings and specifications.
• Support the preparation of cost and budgets.
• Assist in evaluating contractor and supplier quotations.
• Help prepare subcontractor payment certificates and variation orders.
• Attend site visits to verify work progress and take measurements.
• Maintain project documentation and filing systems.
• Assist with contract administration and project correspondence.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Senior Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager.

Qualifications:-

1. Posses Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying

2. Willing to travel & communicate effectively with project team

3. Work location : Bandar Puchong Jaya

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
