Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Doctor role based at Malaya Hair Transplant Specialist Clinic in Kota Damansara. The Doctor will conduct patient consultations, perform scalp and hair assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for hair transplant and related therapies. Daily responsibilities include performing and assisting with hair transplant procedures, overseeing patient safety and comfort during treatment, and monitoring post-procedure recovery. The Doctor will document clinical findings, maintain accurate medical records, collaborate with the clinical team, and provide clear education and follow-up guidance to patients. Participation in continuous professional development and adherence to clinic protocols and regulatory standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Recognized medical degree (MD/MBBS or equivalent) and valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, or hair restoration procedures is highly beneficial.
• Strong clinical assessment skills, including ability to evaluate scalp and hair conditions and recommend appropriate treatment options.
• Proficiency in minor surgical techniques and fine motor skills suitable for hair transplant procedures and related interventions.
• Excellent patient communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures, risks, and aftercare in clear, empathetic language.
• Commitment to patient safety, infection control, and adherence to clinical best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and maintain professional, respectful interactions with colleagues and patients.
• Strong attention to detail, good time management, and the capacity to handle a structured clinical schedule in a busy practice.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training, stay updated on advances in hair restoration, and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical services.
