岗位职责

Company Description The National AI Educators Fellowship (NAiEF) is Malaysia’s first classroom implementation and evidence engine for AI-enabled teaching, focused on converting technology access into measurable instructional impact. NAiEF supports educators through a structured five-tier professional pathway, from AI Associates to Fellows, guiding them from foundational AI use to classroom, school, and system-level leadership. The fellowship is built around a core framework that enhances teacher productivity, strengthens student STEM readiness, and promotes equitable AI deployment across schools. Progression and certification are strictly evidence-based, requiring educators to demonstrate real classroom application of AI through a capstone sprint with tangible, rubric-aligned outputs. NAiEF is developed in partnership with globally recognized learning ecosystems such as Microsoft Learn and Cisco AI Academy, and aligned with international standards including UNESCO and OECD frameworks, as well as ISTE Standards for Educators.
Role Description The Instructional Design Intern will support the design, development, and refinement of AI-focused learning experiences for educators within the NAiEF fellowship pathway. In this full-time hybrid role based in Semenyih, the intern will work on-site for key collaboration activities while also handling some tasks remotely. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with curriculum design for online and instructor-led modules, organizing and updating learning materials in the learning management system, and helping to create assessments, rubrics, and support resources aligned with international competency frameworks. The intern will collaborate with educators, subject matter experts, and the program team to collect feedback, iterate on content, and ensure materials are clear, engaging, and evidence-driven. Additional tasks may include preparing training documentation, supporting workshops or webinars, and contributing to quality assurance and consistency across the fellowship’s learning assets.
