RZB – Rudolf Zimmermann, Bamberg GmbH is a top German lighting manufacturer with over 80 years of innovation in high-performance lighting systems. Our Asia Pacific regional headquarters is based in Puchong, Selangor, supporting projects across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordinating logistic activities, including import/export, transportation, warehousing and inventory management 
• Managing the movement of goods from supplier to customers 
• Monitoring and tracking shipment 
• To ensure that all aspects of freight import operations are managed efficiently and effectively 
• Liaise with the suppliers on the shipment status and ensure proper documentation is available before the time of shipment arrival 
• To execute activities of verifying freight/duty/tax invoices 
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistic related issues 
• Coordinate between the stores and forwarders / 3rd party warehouse to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods 
• Communicate shipment statuses and resolve logistics issues promptly 
• To perform a variety of general executive support tasks in Warehouse department 
• To support supply chain team in ad-hoc logistics or procurement requirements 
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, logistics) to ensure timely order fulfilment 
• Handle related functions and duties assigned by management time to time 

What You Need:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.  
• Knowledge of logistical procedures and best practices.  
• Familiar with HS code, customs, government agencies rules & regulations would be an added advantage. 
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus. 
• Familiar with supply chain processes.  
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at interpreting data and making informed decisions. 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders.
