M&E CoordinatorKey Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise M&E works on-site to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams to resolve technical and site issues.
• Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions before implementation.
• Monitor the progress of M&E works, site activities, manpower, material usage, and installation quality to ensure works are carried out efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
• Attend site meetings, technical coordination meetings, and progress discussions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and as-built records.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management or the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E coordination within a main contractor environment.
• Good knowledge of M&E systems, construction drawings, and site coordination.
• Familiar with testing & commissioning and authority requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
