Job Responsibilities:
- Review tender invitations and correspondence emails, and obtain Management’s approval before participating in any tender.
- Circulate tender information, requirements and deadlines to Management and relevant departments.
- Prepare and submit tender, pre-qualification and vendor registration documents.
- maintain and manage all vendors accounts
- Prepare and update company profiles, project experience records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain technical, commercial, financial and administrative information.
- Generate new project codes upon project award, coordinate the project commencement process
- Assist in preparing letters, contracts, work orders and contractual correspondence.
- Support progress claims, variation orders, EOT applications and other contract administration matters.
- Maintain proper tracking and filing of tender, project and contract documents
- Assist in preparing letters, contracts, work orders and contract-related documents.
- Perform other related duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tender preparation within the construction industry.
