A Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with customers to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, and provide information about the company's services. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Import shipments

• To attend inbound rates and outbound related enquiries.
• To be able to prepare costing
• To initiate contact with client and update on the shipment
• To ensure all docs in order for custom submission
• Follow up and update on shipment's arrival
• To arrange delivery with clients and ops
• To prepare delivery order and invoice
• To send the signed delivery report and invoice to booking agent
• To prepare Invoice
• To follow up on payment

Export shipments

• Contacting the client to arrange
• To get ocean freight and delivery charges
• To arrange packing with client and ops ( to prepare DO material list and send to ops
• Booked job- to arrange packing date with client and ops and collect docs from client (passport copy, IC) and other docs needed at destination
• To check on the final volume of the items with supervisor any increase needs revisions on the quotes
• To prepare invoice and collect payment from client
• To arrange crating or palletizing if LCL
• To arrange booking with the liner
• To prepare shipping instruction, pre alert and commercial invoice
• To arrange fumigation if needed

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
