Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Join our Warehouse Distribution Centre in Shah Alam and play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth order fulfillment across our e-commerce and retail operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, inventory, and operations, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support daily stock movements, including inbound, outbound, and returns.
• Process and track online orders across e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Conduct stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Update inventory and order information in warehouse systems.
• Prepare basic operational reports and support replenishment planning.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, e-commerce fulfillment, or related areas.
• Familiarity with inventory systems, ERP, or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment based in Shah Alam.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
