Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Project Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in firefighting systems, cold & hot water systems, and medical gas pipeline systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise M&E construction works on-site.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of:
• Firefighting systems
• Cold & hot water systems
• Medical gas pipeline systems
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, proactively addressing delays or cost overruns.
• Support quality assurance and control throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E construction projects.
• Proven knowledge of firefighting, water supply, and medical gas pipeline systems.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with local construction codes and safety regulations.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in hospital or healthcare facility projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other engineering design software.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
