Your new role

We’re looking for interns to join our Hays Sunway Malaysia team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop practical skills, and learn what it takes to succeed in a global organisation. You’ll play a key role in supporting our business operations and working alongside industry professionals.

The internship is full-time for a duration of three months commencing August 2026. We have four opportunities available based in our Hays Sunway Malaysia office.

Responsibilities

• Format CVs to meet business standards across the South East Asia region.
• Conduct reference checks for candidates across the South East Asia region.
• Manage and maintain internal systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth processes.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain documentation.
• Provide ad-hoc office support as required.
