CLERK PAYROLL

AUGUST INTAKE
Location: Seksyen 23, Shah Alam

Job Description

• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary payment on the 30th/31st of each month.
• Calculate employees' overtime (OT) and ensure payroll calculations are accurate.
• Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, overtime, allowances, and payroll records.
• Ensure employee attendance and leave records are updated accurately and on time.
• Process and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and Levy before the 15th of each month.
• Prepare payroll reports, salary summaries, and HR-related reports as required.
• Handle employee payroll enquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Assist with HR administrative functions, including onboarding and offboarding documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and statutory regulations.
• Utilize HR2000 and Xenix systems for payroll and HR administration.
• Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll, HR administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of Malaysian payroll processes and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and Levy).
• Experience in payroll processing and overtime calculation is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with HR2000 and Xenix systems is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess own transportation and a valid driving licence.
• Willing to work at Shah Alam.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month

• Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
