Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven individual to join The Workshop team as a Community Development Intern. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing a co working space.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Understand the potential client’s requirements and recommend suitable workspaces and conduct viewings
- Create engaging content for our social media platforms to showcase our co-working space
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our various marketing platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for promotional activities and events
- Facilitate the on/off-boarding process for clients
- Assist in day-to-day operations and inquiries to ensure the smooth operations of the co-working space
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Marketing, Business, Media & Communications, Hospitality and Event Management, or any other related disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
- Good interpersonal skills and approachable
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and assist in creating a collaborative community
- Familiar with social media platforms and content creation tools
