Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree: Require a degree or diploma in Library Science, Information Systems, or Library Management.
• Those candidate with experience in MQA visit will be prioritised

Job Description (JD):

• System Management: Facilitating the use of digital resources, institutional repositories, anti-plagiarism software, and e-learning portals.
• Library Literacy: Organizing and conducting library orientation sessions, monthly activities at the library and research workshops.
• Collection Procurement: Supporting the acquisition, cataloging, and physical or digital curation of library materials.
• Instruction: Teaching classes on information literacy, showing students how to evaluate sources, avoid plagiarism, and conduct rigorous academic research.
• Involve with MQA visit: Asssisting the team by providing a tour in library and provide information that required by MQA panels duirng the visit.
• Assisting faculty with data management, copyright compliance, and publishing in open-access scientific journals.
• Library Administration: Overseeing the library's budget, staff, and digital infrastructure to ensure the space operates efficiently for study and collaboration.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
