Internship Opportunity: Administration & Office Management at The Raw

About Us:

The Raw International Sdn. Bhd. is a dynamic and fast-growing company managing the beauty brand The Raw, a brand backed by pharmaceutical science and available in major retail and e-commerce platforms. We are passionate about innovation, quality, and creating a meaningful impact in the beauty industry.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic DTT Intern to join our Digital Technology & Transformation (DTT) team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various areas of IT and digital transformation projects within the company.

As a DTT Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and assist in multiple functions, including technical support, system administration, process improvement, digital tools implementation, and other technology-related initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in providing technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Support the maintenance and monitoring of company systems and digital platforms.
• Assist with data management, documentation, and system records.
• Participate in digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Support system testing, implementation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Prepare user guides, reports, and other related documentation.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand technology and business needs.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the DTT team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and IT systems.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Forms, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn and explore different areas of IT and digital transformation.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3-6 months.
• Willing to work on-site at our HQ in Section 15, Shah Alam.
