Role Description & Responsibilities:

• Overall support for Infrastructure team & IT Security officer.
• Understand the ISMS compliances & ISO certification related documentation for DELMIA Hosted solutions.
• Work closely with Security officer to review & update processes according to certified best practices and annual changes to compliances/certifications.
• Assist IT Infrastructure team in performing troubleshooting, VMware related tasks & documentation tasks.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing/Equipped with Tertiary qualification, with degree or professional Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT certifications
• Exposure to Windows server, Linux, VMware technologies & networking knowledge
• Minimum 6 months internship is a must

• Highly self-motivated with good communication skills in English & strong logical/analytical thinking/troubleshooting mindset
