We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Infrastructure & Data Center Engineer to support our core operations in data center monitoring, server management, and network infrastructure. Based out of our office in Puchong, you will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), Linux/Windows servers, and networking hardware both in-house and at client sites.

This position requires frequent travel to client sites and outstation locations for installations and support. It is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on technical professional with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys working with physical hardware and system administration.

• Systems & Server Administration and Integration: Deploy, configure, and maintain server operating systems, including various Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Oracle Linux, Debian) and Windows Server environments.
• Data Center & EMS Management: Assist with the setup, integration, and continuous monitoring of Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS), UPS units, power monitoring hardware, and data center infrastructure monitoring software such as Eaton Brightlayer, Schneider Ecostruxture and AKCP Quicklime.
• On-Site & Outstation Fieldwork: Perform hardware installations, server racking, cabling, sensor placements, and equipment maintenance at client facilities, data centers, and outstation locations.
• Network & Technical Support: Troubleshoot network connectivity, switches, routers, and essential network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP).
• Tech Exploration & Optimization: Actively research, test, and implement emerging IT tools, features, and monitoring methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Documentation & Incident Handling: Maintain accurate records of site configurations, system setup procedures, and resolve assigned technical support tickets in a timely manner.

• Location & Mobility:
• Able to conveniently commute to our office in Puchong.
• Possessing own vehicle (car) and a valid driving license is strongly preferred due to frequent local on-site visits and outstation travel.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology in computer networking, cloud computing
• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or Data Center Operations.
• Operating Systems: Strong familiarity with Linux OS (Ubuntu, Oracle Linux, or other distros), Windows Server, and standard desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11).
• Networking & Hardware: Basic or solid understanding of fundamental networking concepts (VLANs, IP routing, subnetting, SNMP monitoring) and physical IT hardware setup. (would be an advantage)
• Mindset: Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong willingness to explore and master new technologies and IT features.

• Relevant entry-level certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified). Company will provide training if do not have relevant certification as stated
