Sales Administration
- Receive and process purchase orders from dealers and customers.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize sales documents, including invoices and delivery orders.
- Process and verify purchase orders accurately while coordinating with the Operations team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Record customer payments and issue official receipts upon payment confirmation.
- Manage and maintain the dealer management system by updating sales-related information.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to management.
- Verify and reconcile customer and dealer payments, ensuring all funds are accurately recorded and transferred to the company's accounts.
- Liaise with dealers to resolve payment-related issues, discrepancies, or disputes.
- Record dealer payments and update account statements on a regular basis.
- Manage dealer registrations and maintain dealer status and tier classifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend team meetings to discuss sales performance, reports, and related matters.
- Work closely with the Accounts Department to ensure customer and dealer payment records are accurate and reconciled.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Sales, or any related field from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in administrative, sales support, or customer service roles.
- Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of finance and sales reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and sales management software.
- Experience in inventory or stock management will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
