Job Description :

• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide basic technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Support the team in monitoring LAN connectivity, internet access, and general network health.
• Help perform system housekeeping tasks such as file organization, software updates, and routine maintenance.
• Assist in maintaining IT inventory records (hardware and software).
• Shadow and support the IT personnel in liaising with vendors and assisting with system updates or minor implementations.
• To monitor the LARK system and assist the staff with enquiries.

Requirement :

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and computer hardware.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions

Pay: RM1,300.00 per month
