About us

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in the development and management of in-house brands across multiple categories, including Wellness Supplements, Pet Care & Food, Footwear, Personal Care, Fragrance, and Confectionery. Our primary sales channels are e-commerce platforms, with TikTok Shop emerging as our most dynamic growth platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, research and identify suitable KOLs, influencers and affiliates that align with each brand’s target audience.
• Build and maintain a database of potential KOLs and affiliates.
• Reach out to influencer for collaboration opportunities and negotiate basic campaign requirements.
• Brainstorm and develop creative marketing ideas for product launches, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Prepare content briefs, mood boards and creative directions for influencers and internal creators.
• Write simple script and content angles for Tiktok, IG, FB and short form videos.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, viral content and competitor activities.
• Review submitted content and ensure it meets brand guidelines before publishing.
• Support campaign execution across Tiktok, IG, FB and other digital platform.
• Track KOL campaign performance includes reach, engagement, traffic and sales.
• Monitor influencer ROI and provide recommendations for future collaborations.
• Support ad hoc marketing projects assigned by management.

Requirements

·      1–3 years experience in marketing or related field

·      Strong interest in ecommerce and brand marketing

·      Familiar with social media platforms, especially TikTok and Meta

·      Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

·      Analytical — comfortable reading sales data and platform dashboards

·      Organised and detail-oriented with good time management
