Working Location : Banting

We are partnering with a fast-growing data centre developer to hire an experienced PMO Manager to lead end-to-end project operations and ensure successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall project operation strategy and execution to ensure smooth delivery
• Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders (design, construction, consultants)
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement corrective actions
• Oversee resource planning to ensure optimal utilization
• Drive project risk, quality, and cost management frameworks
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with required standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management / PMO, preferably in large-scale construction or data centre projects
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, regulations, and compliance
• Proven experience in managing schedule, cost, risk, and quality
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
