Company Description The National AI Educators Fellowship (NAiEF) is Malaysia’s first classroom-focused initiative and evidence engine for AI-enabled teaching. NAiEF offers a structured, five-tier professional pathway that helps educators progress from foundational AI use to school, district, and national leadership in AI-enabled education. The fellowship emphasizes measurable instructional impact by requiring evidence of classroom deployment before any certification is awarded. Educators apply AI in real teaching contexts—such as lesson planning, assessment, and learning materials—and submit rubric-aligned proof through a Capstone sprint. NAiEF is built in partnership with globally recognized learning ecosystems and aligns with international frameworks from UNESCO, OECD, and ISTE.
Role Description The Project Management Intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of fellowship activities and projects across NAiEF’s educator pathway. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Semenyih, with a mix of on-site responsibilities and work-from-home tasks as project needs allow. Day-to-day work includes assisting with project timelines, tracking milestones and deliverables, and updating project documentation and dashboards. The intern will help coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners, schedule meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items. Additional responsibilities may include basic data analysis, compiling reports, supporting program logistics for cohorts, and contributing to process improvements that enhance program efficiency and participant experience.
