Our Client

We are partnering with a global leader in high‑precision industrial technologies to hire a motivated Customer Service (Order Processing) for their Malaysia office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a structured environment, and wants to grow in a multinational setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process customer purchase orders into ERP systems.
• Manage order fulfillment end‑to‑end, including tracking, scheduling, and shipping documentation.
• Act as the main contact for clients regarding order updates, stock availability, and delivery arrangements.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to resolve shipment issues.
• Prepare commercial documents such as order confirmations, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Handle customer inquiries on billing discrepancies, returns, or replacements.
• Maintain organized digital customer files and update databases regularly.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in order management, customer service, or logistics support (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Clear and professional communication skills for internal and external coordination.
