Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline, preferably Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in any of these fields: business development, technical sales, training coordination, marketing, or related field.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in organizing seminars, workshops, or technical events is an advantage.
• Able to communicate with customers and companies to promote training programs.
• Able to develop and promote training courses through email marketing, customer engagement, and advertisements.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Able to coordinate event arrangements including venue, food, gifts, and other logistics.
• Willing to build and manage technical communities related to surge protection.

Business Development on:

• Develop and promote professional certified training programs.
• Establish surge protection community among industry professionals.
• Market development on lightning & surge protection.
• Identify potential companies and invite participants for seminars and training programs.
• Manage communication with clients through email, calls, and meetings.
• Plan and organize seminars, workshops, and technical events.
• Coordinate event preparation including venue, food, gifts, and participant arrangements.
• Support marketing activities such as advertisements and promotional materials.
• Gather customer feedback and improve training programs.

* Training will be provided.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
