We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our HR team in delivering ongoing projects and initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

A key focus of this internship will be assisting in the review and enhancement of HR processes, supporting various HR activities, mapping and documenting processes, and developing reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights to HR and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the review and improvement of HR processes by assisting with process mapping and preparation of process documentation (e.g. SOPs, flowcharts, guidelines).
• Assist in the coordination and execution of HR projects and initiatives (e.g. employee engagement, scholarship, recognition programmes, and process improvement activities).
• Support the HR team in preparing presentations, communications, and project documentation.
• Collect, clean, and analyse HR data from various systems and sources (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors, Excel) to support reporting and decision-making.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on HR best practices and trends to support continuous improvement.
• Provide administrative and basic project management support as required.

Requirement

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

Plus points if:

• Have some proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Familiarity with Power BI (building dashboards, using DAX, connecting datasets).
• Interest in HR, workforce analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
