Job Description:

• Install, provision and upgrade PC, laptop/notebook, printer, peripherals, software and etc.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of computer hardware & peripherals.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair desktop/laptop, OS, systems and application issues.
• Provide user support for the usage of IT equipment.
• Involve in IT asset and inventory management, and perform housekeeping for the company’s IT assets.
• Assist in IT project implementation as and when required.
• Extend IT support function and fulfil end user request from project site.
• Introduction on Active Directory User and Computer Management
• Remote server administration tool- Trend Micro XDR security solution- Windows client OS upgrade and refresh for old desktop PC and laptops- Perform inventory management and endpoint device management
• Cybersecurity incidents resolution- Investigate case reported by SoC team to isolate, block, contain and mitigate security risks
• Involve in software customization and development for a open-source POC project- Perform CRUD tasks in MySQL and database administration
• Support end users on all IT incident, service request based on hardware and software application- First level support for IT helpdesk support team
• Extend IT support function and fulfil end user request from project site office
• Any other duties as assigned by management and senior team members.
• Willing to work in Klang, Selangor and business travel within Malaysia as and when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must be currently pursuing at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Internship duration min. is 10 weeks and not more than 23 weeks.
• A hardworking, resourceful, independent, multi-tasker, team player and willing to learn.
• Posses own transport and own accommodation.
• Working days Mon to Fri from 8a.m. to 5.30p.m.
• Company location in Jln Batu Tiga Lama (Klang) near I-City Shah Alam.

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
