We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in IT support, system documentation, software testing, and project coordination. You will work closely with our technical team in supporting users and assisting with ongoing system implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and track user support requests and technical issues.
• Provide first-level technical support and basic troubleshooting for users.
• Monitor helpdesk tickets and follow up on reported issues until resolution.
• Maintain and update the helpdesk ticketing system and issue log.
• Assist in preparing user guides, manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support software testing by preparing test scripts, executing test cases, and documenting test results.
• Update and maintain project documentation and related records.
• Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and training materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project deliverables.
• Perform other IT and project-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong attention to detail with good documentation skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Positive attitude with good problem-solving and time management skills.
