Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Intern to support our hiring activities. You will assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and handling basic HR tasks. This role is ideal for students who want hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Maintain and update recruitment records and databases.
• Provide general HR administrative support and assist with HR-related activities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Students currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related fields
• Interested in recruitment, people management & HR
• Good communication skills and willing to talk to candidates
• Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Eager to learn and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
