Responsibilities

Operations & Service

• Oversee daily service flow to ensure timely, clean, and consistent guest experiences.
• Maintain quality control and cleanliness across dining and kitchen areas.

People & Culture

• Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching to build a reliable front of house and back of house team.
• Manage staff performance and resolve issues to keep morale and service steady.

Sales & Financials

• Manage sales targets, cash handling, and daily financial records to meet revenue goals.
• Control costs through inventory oversight, portion control, and supplier negotiations.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant or food and beverage management, with hands-on shift leadership.
• Tertiary qualification in hospitality or business is a plus but not required.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proven skills in cost control, inventory management, and basic P&L awareness.
• Experience in quality control, cleanliness standards, and sales management.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong people leadership with an emphasis on team building and practical coaching.
• Clear communication, problem solving, and a calm approach under service pressure.
