Key responsibilities:

• Support tender submission
• Coordinate between site team, QS, suppliers, and client
• Track project progress, material delivery, and site issues
• Prepare project reports, submissions, and handover documents
• Assist in PO issuance and basic procurement coordination
• Support billing progress

Requirements:

• 2–5 years experience in construction / renovation / fit-out
• Familiar with tender process, BQ, and site coordination
• Strong follow-up, communication, and documentation skills
• Proactive and able to handle multiple projects

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
