The Team Leader supports the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store. This role is responsible for leading the team during shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and achieving sales and productivity targets.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma preferred).
• At least 1–2 years of experience in the F&B or retail industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
