Location: Pusat Perdagangan One Puchong (Puchong)
Internship Duration: Minimum 5 months
Availability: Immediate start or soonest start possible
Semester: MUST be a final semester candidate

Allowance: RM800.00 - RM1000.00 (Per month)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and maintaining employee records.
• Support recruitment activities including posting job vacancies, screening basic applications, and arranging interview schedules.
• Assist in coordinating interviews, onboarding activities, and HR-related meetings.
• Help process staff claims by checking supporting documents and preparing them for approval.
• Support HR documentation, reports, and simple presentations.
• Assist in organizing HR events, career fairs, training sessions, and preparing simple materials or posters using Canva.
• Collaborate with other departments to support HR operations.
• Perform ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned by the HR team or management.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in HR functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with Canva or similar tools is an advantage.
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Based in or able to commute to Puchong.
• Available for internship duration of 5 months.
• Immediate starters will be an added advantage.
