Key Responsibilities

• Gain practical experience across various areas of restaurant and café operations, including customer service, cashiering, beverage preparation, and kitchen support.
• Welcome and assist guests while delivering friendly, professional, and memorable dining experiences.
• Support daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
• Learn food and beverage preparation in accordance with company recipes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and food safety requirements.
• Assist with order taking, cashiering duties, and Point-of-Sale (POS) system operations.
• Support barista operations by preparing coffee, specialty beverages, smoothies, and other drinks following established standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of dining, service, beverage, and kitchen areas.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members during daily operations and busy service periods.
• Participate in structured training programs to develop operational, customer service, and hospitality skills.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors as part of your learning and professional development.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field.
• Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Responsible, disciplined, and committed to maintaining high service and operational standards.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Internship students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
