URGENT HIRING – Retail Assistant

Location: Cyberjaya
Work Arrangement: Full-Time | Fully On-Site

We're expanding and are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused Retail Assistants to join our team in Cyberjaya. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and have an interest in baking ingredients, packaging, and kitchen essentials, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including opening and closing duties.
• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers and recommending suitable products.
• Operate the POS system, process cash and cashless transactions, and perform daily cash reconciliation.
• Replenish shelves, arrange merchandise, and maintain attractive product displays.
• Receive, organize, and monitor inventory, ensuring stock accuracy and timely replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment.
• Support in-store promotions, seasonal displays, and marketing activities.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory management.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Store Supervisor or Management.

Requirements

• Passionate about retail and providing outstanding customer service.
• Friendly, positive, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Retail, cashier, or customer service experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Fresh graduates, interns, and candidates with customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to commute to Cyberjaya.
