Job Description:

• 1. Site Supervision
• Oversee solar PV system installation at project sites.

2. Technical Support

• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components.
• Support testing and commissioning (T&C) with clients and authorities (e.g., TNB, SEDA).
• Report site issues and assist in solving technical problems.

3. Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair PV system issues when needed.
• Support root cause analysis and preventive measures.

4. Project Coordination

• Assist in site meetings and communication between stakeholders.
• Help with project documentation, reporting, and progress updates.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Prioritize site safety and follow all HSE procedures.
• Identify hazards and ensure safe working practices.

Qualifications:

• SPM or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Chargeman or Wireman certification is a plus.
• Experience in solar PV projects is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willing to work at project sites and travel when required.

Experience:

-Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of solar system.

-Hands-on experience with PV systems, inverters, and other solar technology.

Skills:

-Strong technical knowledge of solar systems and components.

-Proficiency in using monitoring and data analysis software.

-Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

-Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct through inspections.

-Effective communication skills for reporting and coordination.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Physical ability to perform fieldwork in various weather conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
